Today we will be introducing one of our favourite cozy room in our centre - Our gym room. It is fully padded at all walls and safe for children to freely explore around with their peers!🏃🏻♂️🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♂️🏃🏻♀️
Let us also look into the benefits for physical activity for young children. We could all gain from these physical, mental and social benefits of being active.
